My PM Journey
When I first earned my PMP, I didn’t see myself in the traditional PM world.
I came from creative strategy, global events, tech innovation, and business development — not construction, finance, or healthcare.
I didn’t just manage timelines and budgets — I built experiences, launched systems, and reshaped how teams worked.
My career has taken me from Barcelona to Copenhagen, to the IPO floor at NASDAQ; from the epicenter of 50,000-person events to multi-city roadshows, high-profile community gatherings, and live production leadership.
As a neurodivergent professional, I approached projects differently — with creativity, strategy, and systems that worked with my brain, not against it.
Those differences became my greatest strengths. They helped me build my brand, land speaking opportunities, deliver federal trainings, and chart my own leadership path.
Now, I help new and emerging PMs do the same — not just pass the exam, but build careers that fit them.
I’ve always been committed to making sure my projects aren’t just successful — they’re meaningful.
From carrying the bride’s dress down the aisle at a wedding I planned, to guiding emerging PMs/leaders on their own journeys, I know what it takes to navigate the messy, human side of leadership and make it unforgettable.
