I’m Brittnee Alston — Chief Innovation Officer, Systems Strategist, and Executive Productivity Coach.

After years in technology, business development, and federal consulting, I realized traditional productivity systems weren’t designed for leaders balancing innovation, responsibility, and complexity.

As a neurodivergent executive, I’ve seen firsthand the cost of burnout, decision fatigue, and systems that don’t work for the way we think and lead.

That’s why I built BAxPMP — a consultancy dedicated to helping leaders and organizations design AI-driven, sustainable systems that fuel focus, flow, and long-term success.
